Is My CPU Temp High?

My CPU temp hit 87 degree celsius while playing Rocket League, is that normal?

what case and how many fans do you have . Also what is your cpu cooler.

Locked at 60fps, drawing 3.2GHz... Maybe? But I never had exp with Xeon nor care about how they work and its behaviors.

It's an power-hungry CPU. I'm also using stock cooler with high-end thermal paste.

Only 9mm exhaust fan. Also using stock cooler.
