2080 TI performance get eaten

TelosHD

Hey guys, lately my usage on my GPU is being eaten by program that shouden't take anything. Like Chrome took 60% of my usage, if turned on the Acceleration and that fixed it, but now desktop window management is taken 23-29% and  client/server  - execution process is taking 13-17%

Can some help here?

Can you hold off till 3080s become available? I wouldn’t pay 1800 for a 2080ti

He already has the card hes just posting his specs for the rest of us to see help diagnose.

How are you checking usage? Task Manager?  Positive that's actually using the 2080 ti and not the onboard graphics of the 9900k?

In Task Manager, under performance tab, there should be a GPU section.  Top right is lists the GPU and the performance %'s

Odd, do you have the latest drivers, and have you run a virus scan?
