How big?  Seems 1080p monitors mostly go from 24” to 32” these days.  I’m kind of doubting one exists above 27” in that price range. Might not even get that big. Size may not be your friend though.  There are people who find even 27” 1080p monitors too blocky.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

24" is fine with me. I think bigger sizes might not fit into my desk.
