Triple Monitor Setup 165hz 1920x1080. Is Eyefinity the only Way to Create Ultrawide Screen?

As the post suggests, this is my first triple monitor setup I've used. Great for my zoom calls and finishing those pesky essays that I leave till last minute. Apologies for the potato quality image, but this is all temporary placement for now. 

I'm looking to try my hand at an ultrawide monitor look, but the only thing I can think of is AMDs eyefinity program. Are there Windows defaults I can choose to merge all three monitors into one for leisure activity like gaming or watching a show? If so, how do I go about it. Cheers in Advance.

you have to use whatever software the gpu requires to enable it it's not a default setting in windows

Any tips on using the AMD eyefinity. Can't seem to get it quite working right then.
