High RAM usage Problem! Need Help!!

I own a one year ASUS Vivobook s15. It has a Intel core i5-8250U and 8GB RAM. From the very beginning the ram usage on the machine was almost half even on a restart, even though there was nothing consuming RAM in Task Manager At first I thought it could be a Windows thing but even after receiving a few updates its still the same. I took this screenshot after a fresh restart of the PC. Please Help!

3.3gb at idle is normal these days

Mine is at 3.6gb at start

it's a windows thing. it uses about 3gb of ram at idle
