with a 280x achieving a minimum fps of 37 in bf4 on ultra 1080p is normal, thats ok.

psu s don't have anything to do with your fps.....

Don't play with Ultra Preset. It's not even worth it and only lowers your FPS. Look at my system on my Profile, i play with a mix of High and Ultra (Effects Medium) for the best mix of Gameplay/Graphics.

use ssao instead of hbao or turn it off.
