Ultra mobile network on Galaxy S7

Hey guys.

For some reason I cant receive calls. Sometimes they go through, sometimes not. It looks like when im connected to wifi i can receive them. Dont get it why...Not really sure what the issue is. Usually when someone calls it goes straight to voicemail.

Its Sm-g930v and I bought it as unlocked. I can call without problems. Could it be phone itself and whats the best way to see what the issue is?

You can try resetting your network settings, sometimes things getting screwed up over time. I had a similar issue with mobile data not working, just did a simple reset and everything worked again.

I even hard reset phone. Not sure what the issue is.
