Looking for better att wireless backup

Looking for something similar to a commercial grade 4G/lte wan backup compatible with ATT. It won't actually be backing up anything but will be used as the primary connection for my in laws, as the only other internet option is satalite. They have a Hotspot from AT&T but I want to get them something with bigger antennas that I can mount in a better spot
