4k what? Gaming?

Both of these will not give you a good experience at 4k.

Whats the budget?

Yea 4k gaming and the budget is 800 - 1000 and game setting at least medium to high? if 4k isn't possible at that budget then at least 2560x1440 60 fps +.

3600 with a 5700 XT. Should run you around 900-1000.

Or wait for a 3070

Alternatively you could wait for RDNA2 GPUs - AMD will most likely have something ready at the ~$400 mark, and you'll definitely be getting more for your money then. The reveal is on October 28th, so the release will be sometime in November most likely.

By then Zen 3 CPUs should also be out, so there's that as well.
