Hi

 

I have acquired a quadro m4000 and want to test it before trying to flip the thing,  but i'm not sure how to go about testing it.

My problem is as followed i have no display port monitor? i do have a rift s and was hoping to install the m4000 along side my current 1060 and try just run the rift s through the m4000...

But i get error code 43?

 

anyway i can do it

Get a DP->HDMI cable / adapter.

In windows 10 if you right click on Desktop and go to Display Settings>Graphics Settings, you could force a Desktop app to run through your Quadro but have it be displayed on your 1060

In your case the Power Saving GPU and the High Performance GPU would be two different cards, add an app and then select the Quadro
