Horrible audio on pc

Hello, so I have a Logitech g233 prodigy headset and I tried to record audio with obs and some voice recording site. (Windows) The Audio is terrible and quiet. There’s also a somewhat high pitch buzzing sound and the audio quality is bad. I tried with an old headset that has a mic and same thing. Then, I tried with my g233 on a Mac and the sound was perfect. Why is my audio so bad? Please help I beg you!!!

Assuming you have the wired variant of the G233 Prodigy, make sure you're using motherboard's audio outputs instead of the ports available on your case.

I tried both, still same bad audio

Have you tried updating your audio driver? If you're not sure where to find it, please provide your motherboard.

Did you use the splittet version of the cables or the 3,5 mm all in one?

As well sometimes the audio driver doesn't pickup correctly the type of device you are using.Than you have to change the resolution of the audio signal in the settings.
