If you're already waiting for RTX3000 you might as well wait for Ryzen 4th gen as well, as that will probably change what the recommended config is pretty significantly.

I would not do a 3070 build on 1000. It would leave poor parts. What country are you in? Do you have a monitor? Periferals?

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Not possible! You'll either need to increase your Budget because any cheaper Processor will Bottleneck ur RTX 3070 :)

or Buy 2060S/2070/S instead :)

Right, he's made your point, which is he needs more money or to show he only has ~ $288 for a GPU.  So he can't include the 3070.

That build or similar is what I would recommend, maybe see if they release a 3060, would be around that price range if so.

did OP not mean $800-$1000 and the 3070 on top of that? If not the budget does need to increase but i had thought the GPU was separate.

Im suggesting a good build with a 3070. I would save up a bit more and wait untill OCT 8. AMD is announcing ryzen 4000 processors then.

Mobo is budget, but passable.

CPU, I would wair for Ryzen 4000, but this is the choice for right now.

Cooler: Great cooler, and is worth the price.

Memory: Its ryzen sweet spot, at 3600mhz cl16.

Storage: ssd for boot, hdd for games.

PSU, one of the best.

I could use some help with this!
