Silent case with internal and external bays

homeap5

I'm looking for some nice pc case.

Requirements:

1. Silent version or at least no window version.

2. Max dimensions in picture below (edited).

3. At least 3 internal bays (or mounting places) inside for 2,5" drives and at least 3 bays for 3,5" drives.

4. Front panel with door that cover external bays.

5. At least one 3,5" external bay and one 5,25" external bay. Or 2 x 5,25". Preferable more.

6. As less lights as possible, no leds, no glowing fans, no disco style, no circus version etc.

7. Full ATX.

I founded Nanoxia Deep Silence 3, but it looks a little cheap for its price.

Dimensions (H x W x D) 18.70" x 9.45" x 21.54"

You won't fit an ATX MB in the case if it's only that tall... ;)

Unless you want a desktop case...

  1. ATX Form Factor; 30.5cm x 24.4cm

I was going to say GOOD LUCK... ;)

The MB would be bigger than the case....

The ATX MB would be outside of your requirements, larger than the case in either direction....

ATX Form Factor; 30.5cm x 24.4cm

Unless you want a flat desktop case, good luck finding one that has a door on it.

Or just a desktop case worth buying....

Height = front, not depth or high. Maybe I described it wrong. If you look at front then X x Y x Z and X <= 22 cm.

Although that's an odd requirement, Nanoxia Deep Silence 3 you mention does not fit the height.

207(W) x 456(H) x 520(D)

So, I was talking about width apparently. My bad. I always treat X axis (when you look at front) as width, Y as height and Z as depth.

Yeah it has one external 5 1/2" bay.

No external 3.5" bays since nobody uses floppy drives anymore... And haven't for a LONG time now...

Really? Floppy are not in use anymore? OMG, I must buy HDD then maybe. :)

But seriously - I have internal hotswap enclosures. Not only floppies uses 3,5 bays. Card readers too. And few other hardware probably too.

Fractal does not suit you anyways. Look into Cooler Master Silencio lineup, older ones would fit your needs, not sure about the latest versions.
