I have an rx 580 4gb ,what Cpu should i buy for this gpu ( i want to play cs in 200fps on 1080p )

Budget exactly? but i generally wouldn't go over a 4/8 c/t chip or a 6 core chip with this board.

3300X/3600, or 3100 if those are not available or overbudget.

Also pair that with dual-channel memory.

i don t have much money ,but i think i can save 150$

yea a 3300x/3100 or a 3600 should do the job, also as said above, make sure you get 2 sticks of ram, meaning you'll run dual channel which effectively doubles the bandwidth compared  to single channel and that can have a nice performance increase.

Ty for the help (i have 16gb ram 2666 mhz ) i know that ryzen is good with higher ram frequency but i m happy with 2666
