At this point, wait for a couple of weeks. Let the Nvidia embargoes lift and reviews come out. Then make your purchase decision. In fact, wait for the LTT review.

This is a really bad time to be hasty about such a massive/ expensive decision.

I am OK with 1080 but I would love 4k. right now I play overwatch, horizon zero dawn, a little of warzone, fortnite and looking to play cyberpunk 2077

if you're looking at 4K, might have to grab a 3080 to have a good experience

though you can wait for reviews for both GPU to determine which one is better worth it, 3070 or 3080

or 2080Ti if the price is right

That what I been thinking. when I star upgrading my pc it was before the announcement i did not even release they where dropping new GPU. once i saw i was not sure if to still buy the RTX 2060 or wait to see and buy a RTX 30 series probably 3070 or 3080 . I have a 1080 but it should be good for me right now

a 1080 is faster than a 2060 i think

minus ray tracing of course, which sucks on 2060

If you want it before Cyberpunk 2077 launches, you're not going to be able to see if the AMD cards are competitive. I would suggest you go with a 3070 or 3080 depending on how much you're willing to spend. (you definitely won't get the best with less than a 3080 in 2077)
