hi i have an 8 year old aio that was barely used. should i switch my intel stock cooler for the old aio?

Try both and figure out which has better cooling, and stick with that.

If it works and it fits maybe? I do not know what you are running and what aio this is.

i dont know what it is. its corsair 120mm

You give zero info. Might not even be for the right socket and not fit. If it fits it might be all gunked up or full of air. Can't say anything without you comparing both.

i dont know the model. just that its corsair and 120mm. I'm assuming it fits. what do you think

Test it out. Who knows if it's better or still works.

anything is better than stock cooler but the aio was used for an lga 1156 cpu. (intel i5 750) while I use a lga 1200 cpu.( i3 10100). will it fit?

If you have the appropriate mounting hardware yes
