wont boot up windows

so i just replaced my cpu and mobo and i plugged in all the drives from my previous system but it wont boot up windows any suggestions??

Does it try to boot? Where does it stop? Do you see any windows logos or messages? Bios message?

 

Did you change any bios settings?

 

What are the specs of the new and old systems?

it goes straight to the bios each time i power it on it sees all the drives but does not go into windows 

 

the first time i booted it up it went straight to windows but after i tried to power it on again it goes straight to bios

didnt change any bios settings 

old system i had a ryzen 2700 and a b450 mobo 

new system is a b550 mobo and a ryzen 3600xt
