Hi guys, Im selling a old gaming laptop and will finaly build a proper gaming desktop

It will be used mainly for competitive CS GO @ 240HZ high FPS / low res, but also would like to have fun with some recent titles

I know it makes sense to wait for the RTX 3070, but what about the CPU ? Do you guys believe I should wait for the AMD 4000 series?

I was thinking about something like this:

i5 10600K OC

RTX 3070

ATX Gigabyte Z490 gaming X

G Skill ripjaws 2x8GB DDR4 3600CL19

SSD M2 2280 1TB Gigabyte NvMe

650W PSU

sounds like a sensible plan. get 3600c16 or c18 ram instead

and what PSU are you thinking of?

Yes I know I should go for probably 700-750W, Do you recommend any nice PSU under 100$?

What about the cooler, is a noctua enough to cool a 10600K OC @ 5Ghz?

Noctua coolers range from tiny SFF ones to massive dual towers. You can't just say "a Noctua".
