WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

So, recently I’ve been getting this error, followed by a BSOD every time my computer is in a state of stress (most commonly while I’m playing Call of Duty). I have disabled all overclocking (Tho my i5-7400 comes with a stock clock boost that I really have no idea how to disable). I bought a new PSU, 700W, which seemed to solve the issue for... some hours and then blam, BSOD again. I made a clean install of Windows which worked for a day or so until.... blam, BSOD. I really don’t know what I could even do anymore.

Update: Now I’m getting the error randomly, for example I just got it while writing this text on my phone and my pc was in complete idle.

My Specs: i5-7400 RX 580 8gb 16gb RAM

Please list everything you were doing when your system shut down the first time you got the message.

this error always pops up when system is unstable during CPU or memory overclocking, so I suppose the CPU is not receiving enough voltage for the frequency it runs at. Need more info though
