replacing 212 evo fan

I made a topic about this awhile back but totally forgot about it and I couldnt find it anymore so yeah..

I have about $50 worth of giftcard on newegg. I'm looking into replacing the hyper 212 evo stock fan. Mine get pretty loud and annoying when i'm gaming. 
I need something really really really quiet with good air flow and will do a good job of keeping the heatsink cool. Of course something that will fit onto the heatsink. 

 

 

and how would I place the fan onto the heatsink if it doesnt have the clip on thing like the stock fan that comes with the 212 evo? can i just use metal wire?

It's a new marketing tactic of Newegg's. Mark up everything to a ridiculous price, put sales on it and tell you you're "saving".
