A separate one no.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

Note :sry not very good english :)

The build in question is a bit odd with the overkill psu and the not great case for airflow.

alright, but i heard sth about the hot air coming out of the graphic card affecting other components or sth like that . do you know anything about that ?

Yes that is normal if you cool something the hot air has to go somewhere. So the gpu just throws it into the case and the casefans remove the hot air. However the nzxt H510 Is not a good airflow case as the front is closed. It is better to get a good full mesh front case for airflow.

Also can you maybe wait with buying a system? Now is a pretty bad time as the new rtx3000 cards are coming out and the 3070 which is supposed to be a lot better than a 5700xt will fit in your budget.

It's a worse system? What is your budget? I really recommend waiting. You are looking at getting the current best performance a gpu can offer for 500$ in a bit over a month insterad of 1200.
