If you want to incoorporate an aquarium chiller into the system, sure that can be done. The only consideration is if you want to go sub-ambient, then having radiators in the loop will affect the performance negatively. So generally speaking if you want to have a chiller in the loop, you probably want to plan ahead and either not use radiators, or have a valve system so you can bypass the radiator portion when you want to use the chiller for sub-ambient temperatures.
