All of that except for the lower power draw is not directly comparable between the GPUs in question, and are worthless as reasons to upgrade to this card.

You'll get about 30% better performance out of it, but I'd try and hold out for a 1660S instead, since that's an extra 20% performance for not a lot of money. ($50 difference between the two)

If you get a good rx 470 you can probably OC it while waiting for a deal on a 1660 super ... if you don't mind used, check used local ads ... in the next months there will probably be some interesting deals
