Using Android as a second screen?

Is there any app that I can use on my devices (windows/android) so I can extend my laptop screen to my phone? I don't want to buy a second screen as I don't have space on my desk and my phone size is not a problem for my use case. I would need 1080p/60fps and latency is not that big of a deal so wifi is ok (and my speeds are good too).
