I'm playing CS:GO on AMD Specs PC and it has lag. It works fine sometimes, but when I try to kill someone, it starts working bad. I have 30-70 ping in matchmaking.

If I play CoD Warzone, Forza Horizon 4 or DOOM Eternal, these games are working great, I have lag issues with CS GO, AC Odyssey and Fall Guys.

I've tried console commands in CS to reduce the lag, they didn't had huge impact.

It's maybe because I play on Custom Resolutions ? I use 1440x1080 because it's the only one looking good on my TV (I must change it to an Gaming Monitor), idk why it's 1080i res if I use 1920x1080.

I've watched Benchmarks on YouTube with almost same specs (only RAM are on 3000/3200 MHz) and all games worked great.

Specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
AMD Ryzen 5 2600x Six-core 3.8 GHz

ASUS PRIME B450M-K

16 GB RAM (8 GB at 2400 MHz; 8 GB at 2666 MHz from HyperX, I'm upgrading the RAM in like 20d)

ASUS RX 580 8GB 256-bit

I have a similar setup except I play at 2560x1600 and I can 100% tell you it's most likely a driver issue. I had newer drivers on my 580 on my desktop and I would get massive stutters in CS for no reason, all of which were cleared up when I installed older and more stable drivers.
