Hi I’m trying to change my boot picture into a video on windows 10

I’m trying to change my windows boot picture to a video

Can't be done.

I believe you can only change it to another still image. This isn't something you can change to an animated image or video. But this is further complicated as manufacturers will have their logo set within the BIOS that takes precedence over the Windows logo you would be replacing. Doing so would require tinkering with things that you really shouldn't be trying with just a written tutorial from some random stranger. You would really want intimate knowledge of how Bootloaders, and the firmware of your motherboard operates.

And honestly, with how fast Windows can boot these days with SSDs, adding a video will just slow down your boot times as your system would be waiting for that animation to finish playing, then proceed with loading Windows. 

 

Sort of like the crude fixes people have tried in the past to put back in the startup and shutdown sounds in Windows.
