Spark in psu

hhhmmmm. Likely shorted a capacitor or something.

 

Hard to say, personally I don't think I would try it on my main PC, possibly on some old hardware I didn't care if it fried.

I don't know. I doubt it would hurt anything...... but I also can't be sure :/

PSU not plugged in does not mean capactiors aren't energized.

 

Whether or not you killed it or not depends on what the screw fell on.
