I don't know that this is called so i am starting the topic so sorry in advance if its already there. so I Recently faced this problem and still its going on. Some times the application that i use show this weird grains on them. as u can see the title bar of WhatsApp is weird even around WhatsApp u can see. You can even see this in WarFrame launcher. So far i have tried uninstalling and deleting the driver and its files completely from device manager. i reinstalled the driver but this isn't solving the problem. m scared that my gpu is broken. or something is wrong with my laptop. its HP laptop with 8gb ram win 10 64 bit i5 7200U 940mx NVidia GPU. Also recently my BIOS crashed i think and it recovered on its own but my windows broke for some reason. So i reinstalled the windows 2004 version. So far i have seen this in 3 things WhatsApp from win store, Microsoft teams and WarFrame launcher. also whenever i hop the mouse over to this pixels it goes back to normal,  like it was never there. I don't know that to do now so m concerned.
