Bluetooth Dongle Help

I have a generic eBay special Bluetooth USB dongle.  Connected I have.

 

1. Keyboard

2. Apple Trackpad

3. Headphones.

 

However with 1 and 2 added and active 3 just skips on/off every second.  Is this down to bandwidth on the dongle or just a crap dongle in general?

 

Device 2 was just added today to remedy the awful scrolling of my Razer Naga Trinity.

PC - NZXT H510 Elite, Ryzen 5600, 16GB DDR3200 2x8GB, EVGA 3070 FTW3 Ultra, Asus VG278HQ 165hz,

 

Mac - 1.4ghz i5, 4GB DDR3 1600mhz, Intel HD 5000.  x2

 

Endlessly wishing for a BBQ in space.

Does it do the same thing with a different pair of headphones or a different bluetooth device?

 

If so then I'd go with bandwidth
