So eventually, I'm going to grab a new graphics card for my PC. I WAS going to grab an MSI gaming N760 TF 2GD5/OC (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127745), but I figured that there may be something better in the same price range and I need help finding one. Now, it needs to be in the same price range of 250-280, and help would be appreciated.

The card you have right now is not bad, its not like you are extremely limited with what you currently have.  I would wait to save more money, and purchase at least a 770, preferably a 780.  The 770 is based of the 680, so it is almost a full two years old.  The 780 is much more powerful, and will give you better performance and longevity with your GPU purchase.

Another thing to consider is the new Maxwell, 800 series coming out.  This may be out of your price range, we don't know yet, but it will certainly drop the prices of all other cards that are older.  The 770 could be closer to $200 instead of $300. And the 780 be closer to $400 instead of $500.

If you are planning on upgrading now, don't get the 760, you would be better off getting the 770 because it is a much more powerful card in that price bracket.

Your best option, because you aren't in dire need of an upgrade is to wait it out and see what happens with the market after the release of the 800 series.  Don't rush into this purchase for the sake of getting a new card, if you are patient, you will be very pleased with the outcome.
