GPU issues videoscheduler, black screen exc.

Hey guys so I am helping a friend who lives in another state, and ever since the day she has built her machine she has been having constant GPU related issues.

Its kinda hard diagnose since... Well she lives in another state and doesnt have the supply of spare parts that I do.

Its a Ryzen 1600 system on an Gigabyte B450 wifi board, the Ram is on the QVL list,

When she first built it, I gave her my old R9 270x, but it kept black screening... Weird.

I got my hands on a free R9 280 from someone I know. Still same issues. The Error pointed to AMD Wattman crashing. - these cards arent overclocked.

I just got my hands on a free GTX 1060... Again from someone I know sent it to her, and now shes getting Video Scheduler blue screens.

We have tried DDU and fresh copy of drivers from windows update, to the latest drivers on AMD or Nvidias website, we have ran mem test to make sure the memory was stable, we have reinstalled windows... I am just at a loss on what to do next.

First off I recommend updating the bios and drivers from the offical Gigabyte website

Just did that last night f50 or whatever. Did that before testing memory sinceive personally experienced RAM foing from being unstable to stable after updating
