Want To Ask> Thermaltake Power Supply Unit (PSU) RGB Orientation [Pls Share Your Opinion/Knowledge]

Hi Guys, I wanted to install my Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 1200W.

I do know that most people will install their PSU in such a way that is upside down ( fan facing downwards due to fan being an exhaust which means hot air being blown out of case and air intake from case ).
But from their website https://www.thermaltake.com/toughpower-grand-rgb-1200w-platinum.html , they recommended to install the PSU for the fan to face upward which means the fan exhaust being blown INTO the case INSTEAD of OUT of the case.

Question : So, shall i follow their recommendation or follow what everyone have been doing which is psu facing downwards ( air exhaust out of case and facing downwards )

The fan on a power supply sucks air in to the power supply and it is blown out the rear where the power cable plugs in.

Which way you mount it can depend on your case and if there's enough clearance for the fan to pull air in to the PSU. If your case has a PSU shroud that blocks the fan you obviously don't and it facing up against the shroud. Same applies when mounting fan face down on thick carpet that would block the fan.
