So i am facing this weirdissue where i am unable to use in game voice chat in any of the games.

So for the time being i started using discord as alternative but it kept interfering with the in game sounds (footsteps, gunshots). So i switch to steam group voice chat.

It worked for a while but now every time i start a voice chat channel my laptop restarts with Blue Screen of death.

Tried the below common solutions posted on Steam/ Ubisoft / Valorant support desks

- Check for open ports on router. (Does not work even with/without router)

- Firewall

- Vpn

- reinstall the windows.

But even after doing all this i am unable to use the in game voice chat and it kinda seems boring/ un-intuitive to play without it.

Any pointers what might be the issue?

BSOD means its either driver or hardware issue, and something you should be contacting Asus support. Try to find BSOD code as that tells what is causing it. In meanwhile, try different audio devices, like if you can use monitor over HDMI as output while having mic directly. Or if you have USB mic?
