Macro to save music

Hey everyone,

So I use iTunes on my computer and I have a Corsair K95 RGB Platinum.  I use the media controls CONSTANTLY when listening to music while gaming or working, but I often have a new music playlist going and I was wondering if there is any way to set a macro to save a song to my main playlist.

I don't use iTunes, but there would have to be a hotkey for saving it to a playlist, or a plugin (does iTunes have those?) that enables it. Otherwise, no.
