External SSD boot with no firmware password on mac?

I have a school macbook. If i plug in a external SSD is there anyway i could boot to that thanks!

You mean boot into windows?? If yes it is possible but you probably have to get into the BIOS which I do not know how to do as i'm not familiar with macbooks
