Cpu fan error but... it works

Hey ı have a NH-L9i cpu cooler with SilverStone ML08B ....

This problem started after a plane ride ( it was my hand luggage )

 

Basically what happens is when ı get cpu fan error when ı start (cpu fan doesnt turn!!) but there is a small time it tries to move when ı start the computer and i give it a little push after restarting in that exact second and it goes back to normal how do ı fix this?
