MS Flight Simulator Builds and Performance

Jim, in Iowa

I have the following build:

R5 3600

16 gb RAM, at 3400

GTX 1660Ti

M.2 SSD, WD Black for OS and MSFS

On my 1080p monitor I can run at the ultra settings and get 40-50 fps, generally high 40s. For MSFS, I find anything above 30 to be acceptable. I might do better if I unplug my 2nd monitor.

At these settings, I'm at 30-40% cpu usage and 100% gpu usage.

RAM usage is all over the map. It will use 4gb at times, and 12gb at times.

How about you? I didn't see a stand alone stream on the topic, so I thought I's jump in.
