Buzzing Sound from Microphone

Whenever I try to listen to myself on the PC, there's always this annoying buzzing sound to which I thought was the headphone mic's fault. But then I while listening to myself and touching the case, the buzzing sound goes away entirely. How can I fix this?

Not grounded properly.

 

Check and make sure there aren't any wires pinched or exposed inside the case.

 

Make sure the PSU power cable is in good shape and change outlets to see if issue still happens.

 

If it goes away, then there is a problem with that power outlet.

Plug your mic/headphones into your motherboard? Not sure how to fix the front IO, but the back should work.

 

But it sounds like the case audio isnt grounded, and your body is acting as the ground when you touch it (better to ask somebody who knows more, I'm just taking a shot).
