Hey guys,

I have 2x8GB of Corsair Vengeance 3600 CL18 and wanted to upgrade to 32 GB

So I bought the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro with the same specs as my other 2 sticks.

The problem i have now is that my system isnt stable and i get blue screens with all 4 sticks, with and without XMP.

I already checked the RAM and the Slots 1 by 1 with Memtest and it doesnt show any errors, if im running it with all 4 it has errors at test 7, mostly 8 and 9.

If i mix and match all of them while just using 2 Memtest doesnt get errors and the RAM works without any issues.

Does anyone have an idea what to do?

Might be a bad mobo, could also be ram, that while listed as identical as your other stuff, isn't under the hood. I ran across this with some g-skill once, caused no ned of trouble until I pried off the heat sinks only to find the ram underneath was radically different than the existing supposedly "identical" stuff I already had.

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

i did that and it works perfectly fine, like my old pair. Im using a 9700k on a MSI Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon, no OC.

The sticks for itself work in any slot and theyre good in Memtest. Maybe it is just the other RAM, i thought it would be alright as long as i get the same timings and frequency.. i guess ill just buy 2x16gb if im not able to fix it.
