So same everything except the timings. As I understand there wouldn't be human noticeable difference between the two timings, but for 5$ more is it better quality like a nicer bin? Not concerned with the 5$ extra and they both have lifetime warranties so, in a ASUS Sabertooth Z87 any benefits? More  stable or perhaps with OCing some sort of advantage? Thanks.

I don't think they matter too much.You should be able to change the timings anyways I believe (If you are a fan of modifying RAM speeds and shtuff).

ocing advantage yeah sorta. You can probably push it higher without push the Latency as high as you would on the cl 10 one. Just get it.

I'd get cl9 since thats where most of the noticeable performance is in memory

I have the CL 9 kit at 2133 on my 990fx-UD3. And it's only $5 dollars more, why not?

Oh I see I would go with the CL9 kit then (just wondered why you need 16GBs).

You can probably OC it to 2133 with 10-11-10 timings where the CL10 ram would require 11-11-11 timings.
