Originally, the idea was to connect weak integrated gpu to 144-240Hz monitor. Only for office use. Then I found info that sometimes, on specific models and resolutions,

there would be lags when watching youtube video and trying to move that window simultaneously, in 144-240Hz. Though it produces fair Hz-ez in most other scenarios.

 

So it's more like my interest. Want to check. I have now 144+integrated gpu, but it's kinda hard to say if there any fps drops in windows. I suggested monitor fps counter will show it but it only shows monitor refresh rate, not gpu.

When you have a VRR panel and you display the refresh rate it's actually the same number as your current fps.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
