crashing PLEASE HELP

Hey! i need some help. About 3 months ago when i was watching some youtube my screen randomly froze and my pc made a lot of sound and decided to restart it self, but it worked perfectly after the restart. The thing is this has happen to me a lot more recently, and I'm worried about my computer! I researched a bit and thought it was something wrong about my powersaving options, but even after i tried to do some changes it still happened. Just a side note... my pc usually works perfectly exept for when its crashing. I need some advice. Is it my psu? Is it my powersaving options? Can i do something to find the issue?

GPU: Rtx 2070 ventus 8gb

CPU: Intelcore I-79700k

PSU: CorsairTX 550m (550Watt)

Motherboard: Rog strix B360-F Gaming
