Purely single threaded? The 10900k of we're talking about consumer platforms. 

Though not sure what you mean by "consistent and reliable", it's just the 10900k is the fastest in single threaded workloads.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

That's a function of the OS, not the CPU. If you want consistent, predictable performance out of a single core, you need to use an OS that's specifically tuned for that, like e.g. Linux with a real-time kernel. As I mentioned, you can achieve consistent, predictable performance even on two decade old CPUs as it's a function of the OS and as such your question doesn't make sense and displays a certain kind of lack of understanding.

I don't care about benchmarks. I care about the day to day "Real-World" performance.

 

Any suggestions?

Maybe state what you plan on doing? This makes it a lot easier to suggest something.
