Help. PC won't turn on

Firstly excuse my bad English.

So, my PC suddently won't turn on .

Press power button fan spin / fidget for a second and stop & continously try to spin and fidget until i turn it off. I suspect the Psu . And i remember i have 2nd Psu and send my PC and main and 2nd Psu to my friend. It boot with my 2nd Psu . So i saved money to buy new Psu coz my 2nd Psu is for my dad PC. After i save enought try it again with myself at my home just to make sure coz i low on money and don't want to discover it's not even the Psu after i bought a new 1. But it still doing that even with my 2nd Psu and my 1st Psu completely have no power. So i send them to my friend again coz he run a computer shop and it turn on with 3 different Psu. So i bought a new Psu . But it still doing that.

Coz of the pandemy i saved like 2 month just for a Psu now it won't even turn on.

Can somebody help me???

And i dont'know of it' related but after valorant launch everytime i exit the game around 5 minute after that my PC  freezes and can't do anything even ctrl alt delete . So i just force restart/shutdown my PC. And i kinda found a solution. After i'm done playing i quickly exit the anticheat and it won't freeze . But the problem is if i want to play again i have to restart again. Durin the beggining hype of the game i restart my computer like 5 Times a day .
