Real time on screen video language translator

Hi!

Dunno where to put this topic(sorry)

But i was wondering if there is an app or settings on an Android phone that can automatically translate a video language in real time as a caption.

 

Scenario: I don't have any subtitles that i can download for anime, korean films, thai films, etc. on my phone.

 

I think i saw news about this feature on pixel phones back in 2018 or 19? Dunno if that's a pixel only feature though
