do you guys think that selling a 2080 is worth it for the upcoming 3080??

i bought a 2080 2 months ago cause from my place in life it is really worth it, but if the 3080 will be reasonably priced, i dont mind spending extra and selling my 2080

my 2080 is the aorus version, its 2 months old and it has a full warranty until 2023 with one extra year from gigabyte since its their aorus product so, 2024

shreds games at highest settings and with a 25c ambient it runs at 64c-65c

bought it for 891 dollars (yes, its a good price where i live) and i thought about maybe selling it for 735 dollars

its really high but compared to prices in my country, its the same price as a 2070 super windforce x3

my country has 17% VAT so that makes prices high and if i will end up selling it ill be looking at gigabyte's gaming oc/aorus 3080 version when available

just wanted to get your opinions

I highly suggest not deciding not a product before it is released to the market

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

If it shreds games do you need to upgrade? You can sell you 2080 but the 3080 will be no cheaper than $800. Is it worth the $300/400 you whould need to pay  to upgrade. The 2080 already plays games flawlessly but if you want the new flashy thing and have some extra change that you can spend go for it.
