<300$ Gaming Monitor. NEED HELP

So i'm in the market for a new monitor.
I have a budget of $300 max and I don't really know where to start. I'm running a 2060 super and 3600x.
These are my requirements:
1080p
144Hz
1ms response time.
G sync or a Freesync monitor that's Gsync compatible.
VA/IPS (not looking for TN monitors as it will be used for some 3D work as well and colour is important)
An important thing is not to have any artificial ghosting or artefacting due to the high Hz settings. I've seen a lot of monitors that claim great response  times and amazing refresh rates but when all the settings are enabled you end up with ghosting or other visual artefacts that aren't enjoyable.

Everything else like HDR or curved and other such are nice bonuses but not required in what i'm looking for.
At the moment i have a few choices i have personally found but i'm curious if there are better options.

Any help is appreciated.

PS. Is anything above 25 inches too much ? I've heard that anything over that for 1080p makes things look less sharp/crips and detailed.

These two should be around the 300USD mark and are IPS.

https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/lg/27gl650f-b

You might be able to find this one for 300USD, but it does suffer from ghosting.

https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/asus/tuf-vg27vq

And I know you said no TN panels, but this isn't the worst option even for creative work and can be found for 220USD or so.

And here are the rest.

https://www.rtings.com/monitor/tools/table/36143

And lastly, if you need help understanding the reviews this thread willl help.

Edit:

This one also has some ghosting problems, and really bad ergonomics. But if you can live with those this could be decent pick, as it's on sale for 250USD.

judging by pure specs both the monitos from asus and lg you suggested sound nice but i'm slightly iffy about the screen size. I've heard its not really a good idea to go above 25 inches for 1080p and things don't look as sharp/crisp.

I used 27" 1080p monitors for 10 years or more and didn't have any problems.

If you're worried about it, see if any of your local shops have them at display where you can see them in person and make your own judgment.

i actually watched some video comparing 1440p and 1080p @ 27 inches and pretty much all of them showed how big the difference is and with gaming/3d work you tend to sit close to the monitor and if you try you  end up seeing the individual pixels... tha'ts a no no in my case. I guess i need to limit it to 25 inch max

That's just the 1440p vs 1080p. My laptop has 16" 1080p screen and after buying a 1440p monitor for home, everything looks huge to me on the laptop.

Just like it took me week or two to get used to the 1440p resolution at first, since everything looked too small in the beginning.

If you really want 1440p screen with your budget, this is an option. Its only 75hz, has bad ergonomics, slow response times and awful factory calibration though.

24" isn't all that popular anymore so you'll have a harder time to find a good one.

You can check the other resources from the "How to choose a monitor" thread. Those sites just don't have a good search functionality so it will be tedious work.

Maybe you can find this one from a sale for 300USD.
