Wraith prism buzzing sound & leaking ?

Hi guys, i built my first pc for like 2 months now & the stock AMD cooler when i open up games it makes like a buzzing sound. When i checked there was like little droplets of liquid inside the fans. I cleaned that up & is still making that sound. I’ll attach a video here hope you can hear it

P.S immediately when i Alt f4 the game the buzzing noise stops

I ve had the same problem, so I ve changed to be quiet colling. I think it's LED sounds because if I turn off fan, the LED still makes those noices
