My HDD/SSD might have a problem[HELP]

So my computer for the last week i'd say restarts once a day and i have to restart it multiple times after for it to actually boot up because the screen stays black

And i'm certain it's my hdd but it could be my ssd

And yes there's nothing else that might be the issue as i've tested everything

My question is how can i fix this? I've scanned both SSD and HDD using the CHKDSK CMD yet 0 errors apparently but i'm certain it's my hdd or ssd but i could always be wrong

Can someone tell me how i can fix this?

Check the SMART status of the drives with CrystalDiskInfo.

Which software should i use to optimize/defrag or whatever else there is to fix it.

use Macrorit Disk Scanner to check for bad sectors and post results here

What does the Event Viewer says about the crash?

If the SSD is bad it will only get worse over time, if you utilize something to optimaze the SSD it will only wear out faster. Unfortunately no software can fix hardware problems.

 

You could buy a new SSD and in case keep this as secondary disk if it resolves the problem

I doubt it's my ssd to be honest i'm thinking it's my hdd but then again i cant be certain and that's why i'm here doing as requested  by the people helping me to see what's the problem.

The scan is gonna take a while it seems

If your OS is in the SSD you could unplug the HDD by its sata cable and see what happens

Try to unplug all sata connections, Sata power from PSU and Sata data cable from both motherboard and drive
