I am sick of my pc hard/soft reseting/freezeing all the time. Help, please.

Hi, I am sick of my pc hard/soft reseting/freezeing like between 5-300min ca of use. I think its my 6 year old psu becuse thats the only vital component I havent replaced.

Its not overheating

Not overclocked

Tryed XMP on and off

Same after a re install of windows. And tryed linux, still same.

Reseted ram.

Checked all powercabels internal and external.

What do you guys think?

do not open the psu but have a look at the back. mabey buy a new one yes

Have you tried to update the BIOS? A lot of older Ryzen mobo鈥檚 BIOS was, well, not great. I鈥檇 start there...

Check that your XMP profile is set to 15-16-16-35.

@PorkishPigBooted with 15 16 16 16 35 timings and everything semes fine. Any ram stress tests you recomend? To test the stability.

Nothing that you can run within Windows. You can try running Windows Memory Diagnostic (Win+R, enter mdsched.exe) if you'd like, but it may not give you what you're looking for.
